Meditation for Joy
Whether you've been meditating or just wanting to see what meditation is all about, this session is perfect for you.
Coach Tracy will guide us through a light-hearted, ADHD-friendly meditation designed to help you feel refreshed and realigned. Expect gentle nudges to keep you on track and a supportive environment where there's no right or wrong way to participate.
We'll kick things off with a 5-minute intro to get everyone settled and see how you're feeling.
Then, Tracy will share some tips on how meditation can benefit you and how to make the practice your own.
The main event is a 15-minute silent meditation to help you reconnect with your body, followed by a gentle 5-minute transition back to reality. Remember, it's all about showing up for yourself in the way that feels best. 💛

We want to be mindful that these directions can be triggering to some participants! You are always welcome to focus on other images while meditating and any prompts are always optional.*
