Meditation for Balance
This is a beginner-friendly meditation and great for seasoned pros. Throughout the meditation, you'll have an ADHD Coach providing you with nudges to check in with yourself and your practice.

What to expect:
- 5 minute intro to help get everyone settled in and see how you feel coming into session
- A brief overview on how meditation benefits you and tips on how to make this practice your own
- 15 minutes of silent meditation, designed to reconnect you with your body and spirit. Don't worry if your mind decides to take a little wander; Coach Tracy's gentle nudges will guide you back! (This is an ADHD-friendly meditation, no judgement here!)
- We'll wrap up with 5 minutes to gently transition back to reality, refreshed and realigned.
There's no right way or wrong way to participate, all that matters is showing up for yourself in the way that feels best. 💛
