Meditation for Abundance

This guided meditation is designed to help you cultivate a mindset of abundance (and we'll dig more into what this means!) through the power of meditation.

We'll kick off with a warm welcome and a brief introduction to the benefits of meditation, along with some handy tips to personalize your practice.

​The heart of our session is a 15-minute silent meditation, where Coach Tracy will gently guide you back if your mind starts to wander.

We'll conclude with a 5-minute wrap-up to ease you back into your day.

Remember, there's no right or wrong way to participate—your presence is what truly counts.

Please be aware that the meditation includes a visualization component that encourages body connection, but you're always free to focus on other images if you prefer.

Note from the founder
