Experience
Hi, I’m Holly—it’s great to meet you! I have my bachelor's in Kinesiology, am an ICF Certified Coach at the ACC level, Board Certified in Health and Wellness, and have additional certifications in addiction with extensive experience in sleep coaching. I’ve worked with individuals navigating a wide range of transitions and challenges, including those moving from college to career, new parents adjusting to life with a little one, and people navigating major life shifts like menopause, weight loss, and addiction. I specialize in working with individuals who feel stuck or overwhelmed by these changes. My approach has been particularly impactful for those seeking a greater sense of autonomy, especially for individuals looking for personalized, actionable tools.
Coaching style
As a coach, I prioritize creating a space where you feel seen, valued, and supported. My coaching style is collaborative and empowering—I believe in meeting you where you are and walking alongside you as you discover what works best for your life. I draw on compassionate curiosity, asking thoughtful questions that help you reframe challenges into opportunities. Autonomy is a cornerstone of my approach because I know how powerful it is to feel in control of your own journey. I strive to help you build systems that fit your unique needs and celebrate every step forward, no matter how small. Clients often describe my coaching as motivating, validating, and deeply grounding.
Why I'm an ADHD Coach
My journey to becoming an ADHD coach began long before my diagnosis. In high school, my counselor told me I was "not college material," and that judgment lit a fire in me to prove myself. With the help of study habits courses and mentorship, I graduated with honors. I understand firsthand what it’s like to navigate life with ADHD, and I’m deeply motivated to help others build systems that work for them. Whether you’re a new parent balancing career and family, a professional looking to enhance your leadership abilities, or someone navigating significant life transitions, I’m here to help you unlock your potential and create the life you envision.
