Who is Indy a good fit for?

Indy works best for people who want clearer direction and accountability to help them stay connected to their long-term goals.

Indy should not be used as a substitute for mental health treatment. It isn’t appropriate for individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts or other mental health concerns. Those situations require immediate support from trained mental health professionals or crisis responders.

Is this just another AI chatbot?

No. Indy isn’t a general-purpose chatbot. It uses structured exercises and reflection tools designed to help you clarify your long-term vision and connect it to your day-to-day decisions. Its exercises take into account common ADHD challenges—impulsivity, inattention, and hyperactivity—that can make it harder to stay connected to long-term goals. Indy focuses on reflection and direction, not general chatting.

How much time does this take?

Indy is flexible. Most people spend 5–10 minutes a day and around 10 minutes for weekly strategy sessions, though you can take more or less time depending on what feels right. The more time you spend engaging with your reflections, the more you’ll get out of Indy. It’s designed to support meaningful growth, not to be a quick fix.

How does Indy fit with ADHD coaching or other support?

Indy isn’t a replacement for coaching. It’s a structured daily use tool that helps you reflect, plan, and stay connected to your long-term direction.

Some people use Indy on its own, and others use it alongside coaching to stay aligned with the goals you set during weekly or biweekly sessions.

Does Indy use my data to train AI models?
